Location location location. No only do you have an amazing view from the separate balcony, it is very quick to get down to the harbor and to the restaurants and beach. Fabrizio was also very responsive and great at giving directions to the stay.

What a STUNNING location!! At first we were confused as the room itself is quite small and the balcony is not directly attached to the room itself. We were glad to find the balcony just outside our front door (and had it all to our selves!). A truely outstanding spot and we would highly recommend staying here. It is also the cleanest air b&b we have experienced in Italy - thank you!! 🙌🏼

Amazing view from the balcony, absolutely picture perfect. Proposed to my girlfriend on the balcony. Host was always friendly and very responsive, would recommend to anyone

Fabrizio’s place in Riomaggiore was absolutely breathtaking! The room and bathroom are on the smaller side however it was perfect for what we needed for a couple days stay. The private balcony is the real show stopper here - absolutely beautiful 😍 Fabrizio was super helpful with sharing where we can store our luggage for before check in and also able to get us in a bit sooner! Very responsive, great host
