Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area when it comes to restaurants and shopping. Gustavo even did a bit of research for me. Nice quiet safe neighborhood and an enjoyable stay.

Clean room but it can get cold. The quilt isn't enough. An extra blanket is needed, not like the thin one in the cupboard, not large enough to cover the whole bed. Otherwise the room worked well for us.

Everything was great, we could find the accomodation very easily and it looked as described. Gustavo welcomed us and the stay was cozy, the only small minus was it was quite cold during the day and in the mornings but the sheets were very warm! 😊
