Beautiful place right on the water, house was clean and tidy. The balcony offers a great view of the marina and it’s perfect to chill out. We stayed on week days and it was so peaceful, there’s a pub and a cafe nearby. We had a perfect relaxed time and we’ll definitely comeback for more.

house was clean! Awesome view from the balcony and handy to have the wind blocks to have a little privacy. pub just a walk away and the kids can go on the kayaks and play the PlayStation upstairs! great stay

Highly recommended place to stay in bussellton. The place was highly neat and clea. It felt like home.

A lovely place to stay! We made use of the kayaks, and kayaked with the dolphins! The private jetty and balcony were great for relaxing and chilling throughout the day. The noise from the nearby pub travelled easily, but as we stayed during the week, it finished early. Easily accessible to nearby shops for supplies, and we made great use of both living spaces! A real treat to stay on a marina! With all that a marina brings!

Great house in a great location - our second d time staying in the development. Really comfortable house with terrace and pontoon uright onto the marina. You can fish from your barbecue and we saw dolphins in the marina three times. Perfect holiday house in a perfect holiday location. 5 minute drive to Busselton on very quiet roads. Very good management experience also - easy to arrive and depart and everything clear. Will be doing it all again sometime in the coming year. Highly recommend.
