The host was responsive and friendly. She responded promptly and accurately to all my questions and needs. The unit was in good conditions as the picture. The location of the unit is strategic as it is near the biggest mall in Tangerang where there are many things to enjoy, from nice restaurants to shops that you can buy literally everything that you need. One downside, the power was somewhat weak. I had to turn off all the ACs so that water heater would work well. Besides, the water heater only worked for max. 10 mins before it turned off by itself, so I had to turn back on the power to use is again. Aside from this, everything was great. Would strongly recommend.
