Overall Dane and Jennifer had amazing customer service and communication was great. But The listing was not as expected, the building was in rough shape hallway leading to apartment was not lit at all. dog hair on the bed dust and lent covered vent in bathroom. The window blinds on the 10 foot windows did nothing to help dim the sunlight (personal preference)

Stayed here for a night for a wedding. Listing photos did not match what we found. Was missing half the furniture in the photos, giving it a weird vibe and felt bare. The building and room were both dirty and smelled. Dirty is not an aesthetic. The bed was especially uncomfortable. There were two flat, dirty pillows and one throw blanket that was uncomfortable. the photos showed a bedspread, multiple pillows and blankets. That was all absent when we arrived. There was also a random desk in the middle of the room. The “towels” we were given, would be lucky to be called hand towels and were as thin as a paper towel and had stains all over them. Despite claims that there is soap in this location, there was only dish soap on the kitchen sink and barely any, at that. The vintage camera pointed at the bed made us uneasy. Overall, this place felt like a Criminal Minds episode waiting to happen. It was unwelcoming, dirty, and not what was communicated. Deeply disappointed…
