Extended our stay because we loved the home and area so much! Calvin was very communicative and the home is amazing. It’s very cozy with lots of areas to chill. The pool was kept clean and we were able to enjoy it on the few sunny days during our stay. Would def recommend for anyone looking to stay in atlanta

Wow, just wow! I was looking for a home close to where I was working but also allowed doggies, as my Golden Retriever was coming with me for six weeks of work. But I found way more than I could have imagined! This home is BEAUTIFUL! Every single room was so intricately art directed, but also felt so cozy, each with its own charm. But don't get me wrong, it was filled with top end appliances and a heating and cooling system that worked almost instantly! The tranquil backyard was just the icing on the cake! Also, the neighborhood was so friendly! Downtown Oakhurst Village, only about a fifteen minute walk away, felt like I was in a real life and even cooler version of the Gilmore Girls. My only regret is that I was working so many hours, I didn't have enough time to enjoy the house! So I would recommend that if you travel to Atlanta and book with Calvin, give yourself at least one full day to enjoy the home and the neighborhood. You'll regret it if you don't!

Cozy, peaceful older home with lots of character. Family oriented neighborhood, great walking, delicious restaurants 1/2 mile walk away. Easy driving to Decatur and Emory village. Host is very accommodating and responsive. Truly enjoyed our stay!

As far as I know Calvin as no claim because he's lying about any damage being done to his couch. One we never used the room where the couch was. Two we are the ones that should be trying to get a reimbursement. Because we were clearly cheated out of our money. The property was dirty, sheets were not clean and had hair on the pillows. Dog hair on the porch couch and dining room chairs. Old dog shit in the kitchen that had to clean up. Cobwebs everywhere and the whole reason that we booked his property was for the pool and it was dirty and not usable. The couch that is being referred to belongs in the trash there's no way we would ever have used it. The couch on the porch is where we were and we had to get the dog hair off of it first. You can see in the picture even the table on the porch where we occupied our time wasn't even nice or clean and the plant on that table had a spider hanging on it. We should be requesting a reimbursement from him. He's ripping people off. Not to mention it smells like mold when you enter the rooms in the house. We never damaged anything in that house. We were disappointed and we left in the mornings and returned in the evening to avoid being there. We also believe that while we were away from the property someone had been entering the property because things were moved when we returned. The day of the holiday we weren't able to barbecue because the grill was so nasty so we had to go out to dinner that night as well. I really believe that the better business bureau needs to the called on this guys. He cannot get away with what he is trying to do. This is extortion and it angers me, because dealt with the conditions of his property and the trash behind the deck. So we just kept counting down the days to return home. We didn't report him because we didn't want to be rude. Also we felt that it was to late to get a reimbursement because we had already booked it and arrived. But he's really trying to plant lie and profit off it. Something as to be done about that. He cannot get away with this...... Show quoted text
