Danielle was super responsive and check up through my stay to make sure I didn't need anything and also asked how my stay was going. The place was just perfect for what I needed and had all the amenities I needed and was very clean.

This place is very clean and cozy! Danielle is super responsive. I had a wifi connection issue one day and other questions some days. She always responded me within minutes. Highly recommended:)

Place was okay overall and as pictured but there were several problems. The sheets were clearly not clean on arrival, with hairs and crusty stains. I had to wash the sheets myself before I slept the first night and the stains came out easily, meaning they were definitely NOT washed prior to check in. The unit had a very strong musty smell. The air conditioner unit cools the space effectively but the vents of it are filthy and need a cleaning. There was also an issue with lots of bugs getting in - flies, spiders, and millipedes. I suspected it was from a big gap in the window treatments. I notified the host about this and she said she would send someone to see about it but this never happened. The laundry room in the basement is free but has very dirty floors and doesn’t dry very effectively. I ended up using a laundromat during my extended stay instead. The host did refund some money for the sheets but I do feel that the unit was overpriced for a month long stay.

This is a nice little place. The bed is comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Also a Keurig and microwave. Danielle is an excellent communicator. She always responded to any concerns immediately. One negative: The window air conditioner is very loud and blows directly on whoever is sitting on the couch.
