Stayed at this gem for about 3 weeks while our home renovations were completed. Beautiful apartment, spacious, clean, with plenty of local amenities including well stocked gym, multiple pools, cute playground for the kids and tennis courts. 10 minute walk to Spectrum. There is a grocery store stocked with all the essentials including a small restaurant as well as a large Starbucks. The kitchen comes with all the essentials. Great if you are still working from home as the community includes office and study space. JoJo is very responsive if anything is needed and answers all questions and addresses all concerns promptly and professionally. Two areas of improvement. One Smart TV is included, however did wish there was another TV in one of the bedrooms. Also, entering the unit was a little difficult at night for the first time as we had to wait for some time for another vehicle to enter/exit the gated garage area in order to park in our spot. Other than that we had an excellent stay.
