Tom and Charlotte have such a lovely home. They were super responsive hosts who helped with any issues during the stay. The house was absolutely gorgeous and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. We spent evenings out in the hot tub which was amazing! The location and views were next to none. Incredible value would recommend this home again and again!

I recently booked a trip for 15 of us for the Easter bank holiday weekend and from the get go everything was clear instructions. Upon arriving it was easy to access, the house was beautiful and had plenty of space for us all. We spent most of our time out exploring north wales and it really is a perfect spot! Easy access to the beaches, snowdon, Dinorwig quarry the lot! And in the evenings when we settled to play board games and catch up, the house felt like home and was splendid, the hot tub was a definite added bonus, and we would not hesitate to book again, we are all even in talks about coming back in July Highly recommended by me

We had a lovely week at Orchard house. Beautiful views over the Menai, Straits and amazing sunsets. The house is lovely, we stayed as a group of seven and there was plenty of room for us. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we would need. Comfy beds, and nice fluffy towels! Llanfairfechan is a lovely town. It is a short drive to the beach and we had several early morning swims. It is well located for lots of different attractions in the area.

A holiday one in a million!!! House is spacious, clean and airy with a lovely garden. Very child-friendly too. Tom was very helpful and responded to any queries we had before and during our stay. We would love to come again!!!

Our party of 9 adults stayed for 9 nights. The stay was peaceful and the views from the house were spectacular. We used the kitchen to make meals, washer and dryer, and the hot tub. All wonderful amenities. There was plenty of room in the bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated being able to park our cars on site. We walked into town where there is a grocery store and several restaurants. One quirky thing was a helicopter that would land in the nearby farm. The instructions were helpful. Tom was responsive to our questions and addressed the problems (we could not close a window we opened). We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this house to others.
