The house was perfect! We had ages 20 months to 54 years old and everyone had a great time. Not one person said they were bored. The ping pong table was a great addition with my competitive family. The house was very clean and was exactly as Katy described. Would highly recommend this house!!

This was our last stop on a US/ Canada road trip and it was a perfect finish. Katy's house is bigger than the photos (a rare find) and the unique Spanish them looked great. Kitchen had everything and the AC was good for a hot July. The main TV was hooked to a stereo which the kids loved for movies. As for the area, we had a guide from Norfolk Trout Dock take out on the White River. Katy left clear instructions in the house and was friendly/responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again. -jason

This home was a great fit for our large family. Everyone had their space and it was close to our ultimate destination which was the Buffalo River. We relaxed by the fire pit every morning and evening, the kids played and lounged in the house after floating the river for several hours. Katy was very responsive and provided answers to all questions prior to booking and arrival.

We had a great time. There was plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. Katy was a great host. The kitchen was well stocked and made it fun to prepare meals. We were close to the lake and there were plenty of things to do at the house.

This was probably my favorite AirBnB that I’ve ever stayed in. It was private, better than the photos, & had everything you could ever need. It was perfect for our large group getaway! I couldn’t recommend it enough.
