Loved this place! Great location, pretty much centrally located between South & North shores but also within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Loved the amenities provided, the beach towels & chairs made the beach so easy. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very clean comfortable condo, and it was perfect for my family of four. Nice kitchen, comfy beds, nice balcony. We appreciated all the beach gear too. I recommend Ingrid’s place highly for anyone coming to Kauai.

While the inside of the condo is well-appointed with everything you might need - dishes, beach toys, etc., the complex appears to be a place where people live as well as vacation and that different units are owned by different people. So on our particular trip, we experienced construction in the neighboring unit - the wall directly adjoining ours where they were literally jackhammering tile. I must say Ingrid is very responsive. However there was apparently nothing she could do about it and we were not able to spend any of our time during the day relaxing in the condo. The other thing to note is while one can see some of the ocean from the balcony and it's a great balcony, we did not spend time out there because the main view is of the condo's across the way. I say all this because it was a lovely place, though the building seems a bit old. If you are not looking for luxury, it is located in a great place for access to everything. And the beach across the field is stunning.

Beautiful place , easy access to everything we needed . Place was well kept , and Ingrid was there with what few questions we had right away.. would stay there again if we ever came back
