My wife and I had a great stay in Lake City, appreciated being close to the marina and the downtown shops. Early in our stay, the dishwasher stopped working and needed to be replaced. Chelsea responded definitively and promptly to get the installation done with a minimum of fuss. Her demeanor and quick decision making was very much appreciated. Very much a super host.

It was so nice staying in this beautiful house during our visit to Minnesota! It has beautiful hardwood floors, cute decorations, and an open layout. We enjoyed spending time on the porch swing as well as the backyard fire pit. It was stocked with many amenities, like laundry, kitchen pots and pans and utensils, towels, iron and ironing board, and TV. We enjoyed exploring the cute town of Lake City and beautiful views!

We had a wonderful stay. Home is adorable and was perfect for our needs. We loved the spacious driveway to park our truck and boat. The close proximity to the boat ramp was awesome, and we enjoyed taking evening strolls down to the marina. Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Chelsea was easy to reach and very responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Chelsea's Lake City home was perfect for our family. We cooked most nights and the home was well equipped with everything we needed, including a Weber grill that we grilled on. The front porch and back seating areas were both cozy and we enjoyed the summer evenings outside socializing. The beds were comfy and one of the bedrooms had an additional window A/C unit to keep the upstairs as cool as the downstairs. Everything was consistent with the posting and a nice getaway for our family.

We just loved this house! So cute on the inside and adorable in the back yard with comfy furniture and fire pit. Very close to Lake Pipen, grocery store and darling shops. You will really enjoy your stay here!
