Overall it was a good place to stay. It's either a rough neighborhood or just older. Neighbors were not very friendly, but were quiet. Location was great for us because we traveled to place from Orange beach to Gulfport. Apartment was nice inside, clean for the most part, quite a few dead bugs and a few live ones. I don't know that I would stay again, mainly because I struggle with stairs and it is on the 2nd floor. Host was great, even let us check in early, was very flexible.

We had a nice stay. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in with a full size stove/oven. There are several pans for that too. The microwave is small, but we made it work for us. There is also a toaster and regular coffee pot. You will need to bring hand soap and extra toilet paper for the bathroom. The bedrooms were adequate size. There is a tv in one room and the Wifi works great. The apartment complex was peaceful and the neighbors were very quiet. We did drive a little way to find a good beach. Check out Dauphin Island when you go. We had a lot of fun there!

The unit is clean, but very simple. It is older and the set up is a multi-unit in one building. The host is not as communicative as some I’ve had checking in with your upon arrival or departure, but that may not bother you. There is not much out in the area as far as Airbnbs anyways, so I think it’s as good as it gets. If you aren’t familiar with the area, maybe opt to message the host for a photo of the outside and the area. For the price I would expect just a bit better. If you have multiple people, pack additional towels. But if you aren’t spending much time in the Airbnb, it is clean and comfy beds.
