Brian was a great host. We had one minor issues trying to figure out the living room ceiling fan switch, but a talk with Brian showed me an easy remedy. Beautiful spot on the bay with a little slip of beach, not far from the ocean. Close to everything, including a rum bar two doors down. The house was exactly what we needed - my college son took over the upstairs, which included a bed and a desk for him to do homework. We had outings to a lighthouse and a beach, but one rainy day just stayed in a did college kid laundry and watched football. Immaculate house - tidy and perhaps the cleanest I have ever rented. My son said we would need to rent it again or maybe just buy it. Great place. Great experience. Great host.

I had an incredible stay at Brian's waterfront beach house! The beach view from the bedroom was simply breathtaking. Brian was an exceptional host, always available to help and offer fantastic recommendations for local activities. The place truly felt like a perfect oasis and a home away from home. I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful bay view and nice location close to many things. Brian was a very responsive host and gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in area. Hope to be back soon.

Second year in a row and it was just as awesome this time around. Brian and his family have been so kind and generous with their home, we will be coming back again next year!
