Welcome to Cottage@101, situated close to N1, shops, restaurants, medical facilities and two golf courses. Private entrance with a single lock up garage. Relax in comfort with a separate bedroom / full bathroom, equipped self-catering kitchenette, smoke detectors, washer and open plan living which includes a dining room/work space and lounge where you can enjoy uncapped Wi-Fi with Netflix / Openview channels. Wheelchair friendly but not suitable for children, pets, parties or events. Newly renovated to offer security and comfort with your own front garden corner to relax. Please note that our cottage is non-smoking.

Absolute amazing hosts, helpful and friendly always. Hosts are living next door but totally separate entrance and space, which was exactly what we wanted. Fast 100Mb wifi, TV with all the entertainment app installed, good pressure and constant hot water. No stove, but an electrical cooking pan which does the job, we cooked a few times no problem. Place is quiet, surrounded with all houses, but same time very close to a few small malls with great restaurants and shops. It was really a good stay.
What a wonderful little place to spend a few days or even longer. So clean, comfortable and pretty you will have to look very hard to find something to complain about. Also probably the sweetest couple in the world and just so friendly and helpful there was not one moment of frustration from beginning to end. They even have you covered during loadshedding with an abundance of battery powered and portable lights and even alternative WiFi likely running on an ups. The bathroom is probably my personal favourite part of the cottage, with the huge beautiful clean shower and enormous bath!! The area itself is lovely and set in a quiet, family orientated suburb, just one short walk away from a petrol station/ burger king where you can find good food and alot else aswell. The bed is equipped with an electric blanket if you choose to use it and there are extra blankets everywhere which I really loved. The garden is also beautiful and makes you happy just by looking at it!
Chris and his wife were very welcoming. The place was exactly what we were looking for. The house was perfect, comfortable, stylish and sparkling clean. Definitely can recommend this accommodation. We will be back :)

Stayed here over 3 days and it immediately felt like home. The flat is spacious, the tub is huge and the hosts are very accommodating. What a lovely stay.

Malanshof is central to shopping centres and only 5.8km from Sandton Mediclinic and 6.9km from both Netcare Olivedale and Life Wilgeheuwel. The Eye clinics are only 5km away and our Cottage is wheel chair friendly. Running clubs, gyms and the two golf courses at Randpark Club are a few minutes away. Easy access to routes taking you out of Johannesburg to the Magaliesberg attractions and game parks.
Malanshof is easily accessed from the N1 highway, with a Gautrain bus stop close by. Uber is recommended with a car usually only a few minutes away.
