Overall this was a great place to stay for some appointments at MD Anderson. We did not have a car, so used the shuttle to get to MD Anderson (however, turns out that you are supposed to have a pass to ride the shuttle - fortunately for us, the driver did not ask to see our passes!). We walked back to the apartment and the next day walked to the Houston Museum of Natural Science, which is across Herman Park. If you have a car, there is covered parking for the unit. The apartment was comfortably furnished and we especially appreciated the firm bed. The view from the balcony at sunset is lovely. You will get some road noise, but it didn't really bother us. We had a couple of disappointments though. The kitchen was not as well furnished for cooking as some other places we have stayed. And only 1 out of 4 light bulbs in the bathroom worked, so it was dim. We contacted Lilly about this twice and though she promised to rectify the situation, she did not do so.

Loved this 1-bedroom apartment. Perfect for a 3-night stay. I was able to work remotely very comfortably from the bedroom that has a little writing desk. Be sure you take grounds for coffee. I brought pods and it was fine but no Keurig. I also suggest that you bring your own toiletries. There are hotel sized soap and shampoo provided but I needed more. The place was nice and cold; no issues with air conditioning—Thank God! We like it cold. The decor was not overly done but it was nice and cozy. And we were able to stream our own shows thanks to them having Roku. We had a small hiccup with the water pressure one day. The toilet didn’t flush, but I let the host know and she called emergency maintenance. We went to eat and the issue was resolved before we got back from dinner. All in all, a great little place and super clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay for commuting to MD Anderson. It was a nice and clean apartment.
