These 3 houses were perfect for our Cooperstown All Star Village stay! So close to the ball fields! Perfect for a few families! Stephen was a great host! Excellent communication ! We definitely recommend!

Very good rental property for anyone coming for Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. Other than nearby train that came by about 2 to 3 times a day, the location of the rentals were in a quiet backstreet that hardly had any visitors at all. It was a good location to take a walk in and get to explore the quiet Upstate NY neighborhood. Less than one block from two local restaurants and about 3-4 from a great Ice Cream stand. Very accommodating as well, when I noticed the rental was missing a toaster, Steven sent one over thru Amazon the following day. Neighbors were quiet and respectful and I would definitely consider getting the location again if our younger son goes to ASV in the future. You will not be disappointed in getting this rental, whether for one location or all 3.

This rental accommodated give families on our trip to CASV. The location was so convenient and near all. The house was comfy and clean. The host provided all the basic necessities, like soap/sponge, laundry detergent and paper towels. My only suggestion would be to bring extra blankets since the ones provided a a bit light. Overall a great experience.
