Great location in the heart of Barcelona. However the bedrooms are far too small for two couples of normal size. No room to move. Nothing provided in the way of cooking oil, salt, pepper or anything to help prepare meals.Might as well not have a kitchen. Easy access on a quiet street and no noise.

Clean, quiet, modern and located right near a major metro station but off the main drag, this place was a perfect home base for our family of four in Barcelona. The host was easy to reach and very responsive. We couldn’t have been happier and would definitely stay again.

LOCATION: Walking distance to all attractions (max 30 min): Casa Batllo, La Pedrara, Park Guel, Sagrada Familia, Arch Triumph, Gothic Quarter, etc. Located between Villa Gracia (old neighborhood with cute squares) and Exiample (fancy boutiques and big boulevards lined with architectural masterpieces). THE APARTMENT: very modern with central heating/cooling. Brand new bathroom and kitchen with brand new appliances including a Nespresso machine. It's a relatively large size for Barcelona. There's FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE in the building. Communication and check in was very smooth. Professionally run business. SLEEPING: I'm a very light sleeper. But this was by far the best apartment to get a good night sleep. Although it is very central, it is super quiet. Absolutely no noise! The shutters make the bedrooms pitch black, so you won't wake up to bright morning lights. CONS: This is minor. Walls need a fresh coat of paint. Sheets have some stains and tears. But not really an issue.
