Josh is excellent in timely communicating and his place is in a great location. It was perfect for sleep which was all I really needed. It was a bit cold downstairs, but I was provided with a space heater for the bedroom. 32 degrees on the thermostat in the common area downstairs including the bathroom. Noise upstairs did wake me early. There were several toiletry items provided which added a thoughtful touch, however the hot water ran out very quickly.

Joshua and Amanda are great host. The rooms were setup nicely and everything was spotless. Super friendly and quick to answer any questions. Also extremely fast when contacted via text or phone call. House is located in the center of town, so everything was within 5-10 minutes. Will definitely stay here again.

Josh and Amanda were incredible hosts and did everything that they could to make the stay comfortable and easy. The neighborhood is also quiet and beautiful--it's surrounded by trees and feels almost like you're in a mountain retreat even though it's right in Auburn. Downtown and the university are just a few minutes away driving and also easily walkable (less that 30 minutes, half that if you take the free uni bus). There's a Kroger right near by too, and it's not far from downtown Opelika, which for me is much more interesting than downtown Auburn. Anyway, gorgeous big place and super cool integrated-with-nature architecture. Kids would certainly think they'd gone to the most fun and magical house ever.

Josh was a fantastic host. He is very knowledgeable of the Auburn area and gave some great recommendations for brunch and dinner. The green space behind the house makes for a very relaxing stay. We also learned some really interesting facts about geology (and a local dinosaur) which was really cool. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Auburn.

Josh's place was awesome! Great location in Auburn - right down the road from several restaurants/a grocery store and just a short drive to downtown Auburn/campus. The house is really cool architecturally and very clean. Although it's a private room, you have the whole bottom floor to yourself with your own private entrance. The back deck is very spacious and a great place to relax and enjoy a meal or drink by the quiet woods and cute little creek. Josh and his wife were friendly, respectful and easy to communicate with as well!
