When we first arrived at the home it was late and the AC was not working, since we arrived late, I didn’t make an issue of it. But we notified Steven first thing in the morning, and someone arrived around noon and fixed it. The floor was buckled in a few spots, and I was informed someone was coming Monday to fix the problem. The neighborhood didn’t look the best at first glance but was actually pretty quiet and not a lot of traffic. overall, the house was nice, I liked the upgrades, furniture was comfortable, beds were nice, there were plenty of towels available, and all the rooms had TV which was great for the kids. I also like the room with 2 beds which is where my kids hung out for most of the time.
