This was our second time staying at the Greybourne House, and once again, it was the perfect home base for our group! It's located right across the street from a ski rental store and just 20 minutes from Stratton Mountain, so the location couldn't be better. For people who don't ski, downtown Manchester is just a few minutes away. We love the uniqueness of each bedroom as well as the en suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with two fridges, which easily accommodates a large group, and the first floor has a great dining room and living room. The spacious basement is our favorite spot to gather after a day of skiing. Allison is a great host and quickly answered any of my questions. We truly love staying here and are already looking forward to next year!

This is our second time staying at the Greybourne House, one of the best houses we have ever rented. You can't beat the 6 bedrooms all with their own baths, and four have fireplaces! Kitchen is large and well stocked with everything you could need. Basement is a huge gathering area for games, pool, or a drink at the bar. It just feels like home and we were sad to leave!

Allison’s place was absolutely perfect for extended family stay (with baby & toddler) for NYE wedding. The house was immaculate, bedrooms and attached baths were large and made getting groomsmen and family dressed and ready to go a breeze. Beds are very comfortable, bed linens and towels immaculate and plentiful. Kitchen is well stocked, and formal dining room comfortably seats 12. Basement with table for cards/games, bar, refrigerator, tv lounge, and separate pool table was perfect for relaxing between wedding events. The huge walk-in closet in the downstairs bedroom was ideal spot for pack ‘n plays for toddler & baby. Location was less than 10 minutes to all the wedding venues, very peaceful spot with lovely views of the patio and large backyard. Allison was incredibly responsive and a life saver for checking up on some deliveries that arrived early at the property. Thanks for helping make this very special family event even more enjoyable for all of us!
