Second time to stay here. Convenient and close to family who live in Avon. Two great coffee spots close by. Michael was responsive to questions I had.

Michael’s place was just as it looked in the photos. It has been carefully renovated with taste and a comfortable style. We were visiting from California in February and the heating system was very efficient and easy to use. We greatly appreciated all of the refreshing beverages stocked in the fridge for his guests especially the little cans of Pellegrino water. This was a very nice touch. The neighborhood is safe, private and away from any main thoroughfares yet easily accessible to the 90. We were a family of three and all of us could gather nicely in the kitchen nook or living room or have our own bedroom for privacy and alone time. Loved the ample closet space too. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to this area.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting to move into our house. Michael was a great host. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. He also checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The backyard is great for dogs. There’s a lovely park within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet. Avon Commons is a short drive away. It was a great fit for our needs.

The house was very clean, exactly as portrayed and had all of the amenities required for an extended stay. The house is well maintained. Communication was excellent and proactive. The host was friendly and accommodating. Quiet, safe neighborhood, yet close proximity to major highways to allow for easy access to tourist sites and sport venues. Highly recommend Michael and his home for a great stay in the Cleveland area.
