The staffs ARE VERY FRIENDLY, KIND, and will definitely help Guest to check in. However, going there would be lil problem if you will use the pin location to the app. Also, the Host is unresponsive. The worst is, the Host indicated that Guest can use the kitchen wherein we can cook our own meal. We already expected that we can use the kitchen so we already bought our own food to cook going there. When we arrived, the Front Desk said that the Guest can't use the kitchen (cant cook) as they have their own Chef. So FD advcd us that we can just let their chef cook our food but of course we will pay. Also, it is not stated in the listing details, additional rules or even in the house rules that they will be collecting Security Deposit. (we are fine paying for the SD as long as they stated it that information). I really appreciate the FD working that time. FD apologize for miscommu and said we can get our SD back. (We did not get our SD since we also respect their policy). PLS UPDT YOUR INFO

Nigel is such a wonderful Host!!!! He's very responsive, accommodating, and he even went an extra mile for us. The place as well is very nice and clean, perfect for those who want to just escape the city and relax. All the staff are very friendly. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience!!! We'll surely revisit.

All worth it! We didn’t know there was a free & yummy breakfast. :) Free 15-minute kayak experience. Free use of snorkeling gears. What else could you ask for? :) The sea is perfect for divers. The restaurant offers good food. The room was clean. Smelled clean. The staffs were very polite, proactive, and smiling- totally plus points! Though there was an issue with the internet connection when we were there, which can be a challenge for those working remotely or from home. Definitely not an issue for those who would want to be disconnected ‘literally’ from the outside word and social media. Lol Overall, our experience was amazing and memorable, even our 1 year old daughter enjoyed the place. Will definitely recommend the place to my friends and family!!
