Building of character, classified 3 stars, 20 minutes from the castles of Chinon, Saumur and Langeais, the abbey of Fontevraud, close to amenities. This cottage of 150 m2, comfortable , offers 4 large bedrooms (double or single beds), 3 bathrooms, a large living room, with American billiards, table football, a terrace and a private enclosed garden of 300m2, not suitable for noise pollution and parties. Fiber Internet, private parking, bicycle storage. Massages possible on site. The cottage is large enough for 8 or 9 people maximum. The beds are modular according to needs. In 3 bedrooms, the double beds 180X190 cm can be converted into single beds 90X190 cm.

Residential and quiet area, with a bakery. Neighborhood in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, so no noise nuisance possible from travelers. Noisy outdoor meetings and musical evenings are not allowed in order to preserve the tranquility of the neighbors.
