For the price, this was a very good place. I would expect an apartment in this location to cost a lot more if it was more luxurious - I know this because there are apartments in the same complex which are listed on AirBnB for double or more the price. Everything was available on a phone call - gas cylinder, water ( there is no water purifier ), groceries etc. There are buses and autos available just outside the complex. App cabs are also there, though not many and you should not expect one at odd times. The flat is on the 12th floor and there is no one else around, which suits us very well. It was absolutely quiet. There is a place to hang clothes outside the flat in a common area which has clothes lines. The neighbourhood is very nice, and one can walk to the ferry ghat. One can also walk inside the complex, it is quite large. The market is nearby and can be reached in 5 minutes, and there are other places to shop which can be reached by walking or autos.

Good host , good place to stay

The Airbnb was not at all maintained, the linens and blankets were extremely dirty and smelly. The place is dusty and one of the guests got a really bad dust allergy because of this. The host was extremely responsive and helpful but the rooms were not how we expected.

I stayed at Agnivesh's place to attend my sister-in-law's wedding. He was a very proactive host and had made arrangements with the security guard for smooth entry into the complex. He personally handed over the keys to us and also helped us with our luggage. The Airbnb was clean, and linens fresh. It was exactly as shown in the photos. Privacy was spot on, as was security. We had a very comfortable stay and would like to thank Agnivesh for hosting us.
