Amazing rooftop view, perhaps my favorite in the city! Just as pictured. Hosts reliable and proactive. Wonderful home to work from and rest when not exploring. Lotion in every bathroom was a nice touch for our sunburned shoulders. Love the furniture and beautiful carved wood doors. 2nd floor was a bit warm at night even with all bedroom fans on, but I didn’t open the windows due to being a favorite target for mosquitos. Likely a common issue across the town at this time of year though. All in all a beautiful and cozy home and I would come stay again perhaps a bit earlier in the year.

What a gem! A beautiful home full of local character only a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of SMA. Upon check in, we were greeted by our host who ensured we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the greenery of the beautiful courtyard and the upper level private terrace complete with a comfy fire pit and grill overlooking all of SMA. Would love to stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

What an amazing casa! We absolutely loved it! We had booked another place (using some other service) and that fell through at the last min. So, I searched for and booked this place while we were 10 mins away from San Miguel. As soon as we entered this place, everyone was glad that the other booking fell through. The house is beautifully done. It has touches of old Spanish / Italian style villa, but at the same time has modern amenities. It was all very clean, the furniture was adequate, the rooms are spacious, bathrooms were clean and well stocked, the roof deck and the fireplace was awesome. San Miguel is a such a beautiful city. We were about 10 mins downhill walk to the city center. Really great restaurants there. The host was very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We loved it there and would definitely be coming back :)

Workers jack hammering 9-5 everyday until Sunday when we had to leave at 8am. Hot water not working day 1. All water turned off by workers for several hours day 2. Unable to use courtyard due to workers digging giant hole and noise was unbearable until they left at 5pm. Dissatisfied!

The home was perfect for our girls trip to San Miguel. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and the bedrooms/baths were en-suite and immaculate. We loved sitting on the rooftop with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. I would highly recommend this gorgeous place!
