Our family of five spent an enjoyable long weekend at Chalets Hygge enjoying local activities and attractions from April skiing to delicious local cuisine to the total eclipse of the sun. The house was ideal for us and our three tweens / teens - enough space for everyone to gather and to have time alone, a well-equipped kitchen, multiple seating areas, and easy access to all the tech needed for everyone’s devices. Philippe and Kerri were exceptionally communicative hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had information about local resources, special events, and eclipse viewing opportunities; they kindly accommodated our child with allergies (this is a spotlessly clean pet-friendly home that did not set off pet allergies!), and they even fulfilled a last minute request for a folding chair for our eclipse viewing outing to accommodate a minor skiing injury. We would have loved to have stayed longer and hope to return for another visit. Highly recommend!

We had the nicest stay at the chalet! The house is so well laid-out and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. We also really appreciated how close the Chalet was to Mont-Orford.
