The views are stunning and the outdoor spaces are amazing! So much entertainment and things to do at the house. A few quirks but nothing we couldn’t work around. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
This was the ideal stay for a family spring break. The entire setting was incredibly tranquil with picturesque views all the way to the ocean. Not to mention the stars at night, birds and even some jets from the military base. Our boys had a great time playing ping pong, pool, mini golf, cornhole and pickleball, while my husband and I relaxed in the heated pool. The beds were super comfy with soft sheets. The bathrooms were well appointed as was the kitchen. We enjoyed cooking at the house and enjoying our morning coffee poolside. Kevin was super responsive and we really enjoyed the ease and peace of the stay. We will be back! Thanks Kevin!!!
Phenomenal!! Kevin’s place is gorgeous and accommodating to a large group! Easy to book, great price, stunning sunset view, great amenities!!
Overall we enjoyed our stay as the kids loved playing in the heated pool and on the mini golf course. From a practicality standpoint, the house has some quirks but we were able to work around them. Also, if you’re planning to cook - make sure to get everything you’d need as there was no cooking oils, foil, etc. We had some issues with the WiFi but Kevin came out the next day to try to fix it - although it only worked for a little while but we appreciated Kevin’s responsiveness.
The house is very well kept up and landscaping is beautiful. We had 12 family members and we all had a bed and the privacy that each needed. Kevin was very responsive to questions about the house and the description was right on the money. We took advantage of all the amenities; outside pool table, ping pong, jacuzzi, pickle ball, miniature golf, and corn hole. The kitchen was large enough as was the dining room table for all of us. Only 25-30 minutes to downtown SD or La Jolla. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
