Hello, my name is Sylwia . I’m very social, fun person to be around. Love people and animals. Love to cook. Enjoy outdoors!!! I’m Sephora skin care specialist. Mom of two kids , so if you’re looking for a babysitter I can definitely help with that as well !!! My two family townhouse is located in wonderful Forest Hills Garden area. You will be staying on 3rd floor walk up two bedroom apartment. There is separate eat in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave ,coffee maker, refrigerator , cooking gas stove and bar table for 4. Living room has a sofa bed, coffee table and 50” smart TV with free Netflix, HBO max, Disney Hulu access, free WiFi . The larger bedroom has queen size bed , 40 in smart tv , the small bedroom has twin size bed and closet space. There is central AC in the apartment as well. Now , The House Rules : no parties ,only guests who have paid for are permitted on the premises. Please flush toilet paper, only feminine products and everything else in the trash. No smoking, no shoes inside the house. Thank you for being cooperative and understanding that there are young children are living in the house as well. The location is so amazing!!!! Only 10 minutes walk to the express F subway station located on 71 Continental Avenue. It takes 20 minutes to arrive to Manhattan!!! You will find tremendous amount of attractions in This neighborhood, from playing golf to hiking in Forest Park. Horse back riding. West Side Tennis club . Great shopping and restaurants on Austin street. All type of restaurant from Asian to Greek, steak or healthy juices!!! Free Street Parking is Always available !!!
