We really enjoyed this location to stay at, just outside of Pucon and in a gated community. We had access to pools, tennis court, and other amenities. It was spacious and in a beautiful location. Natalia was easy to communicate with and responsive. The only main concern we had was that the house was not well prepped, which is understandable, given that the owners appear to live in Santiago, many hours away. We had problems with the Wifi, the water heater, and the TV. It took unneeded time to figure out the issues with the Wifi and water heater. We just gave up on the TV. The ideal would have been not to have to worry about these things at all. Otherwise, it was an overall great stay.

Natalia and Raul are great hosts, providing a nicely decorated accommodation close to town. They were both very responsive when it came to questions. Would recommend there home to anyone looking for a clean, proximal location to downtown Pucon.
