Eloi's place was not quite as expected. The reviews said "The place needs some TLC". It needs more than that. There were walls partially painted/missing chips of paint across the home, there were water stains on the cieling in a few spots through the home, all of the seating in the kitchen was wobbely and the place smelled musky when we first entered like the AC was turned on just before we arrived. If you plan on using the kitchen to cook, be prepared that most/all of the items have "Seen better days". If you're staying in any of the other rooms, besides the master, be ready to be woken up at first light. Most windows don't have blinds and the curtians are very thin. The pool table, the deciding factor between this and another AirBnB was, like the chairs, wobbely. We played a game on it but as soon as you touched the table it was shaking and moving the balls on the table. The layout and design is nice, the execution is lacking. The check in and out was very clear and easy to follow.
