I cannot say enough good. The space was pristine clean. Very stylish. Comfortable bed. Lovely private outdoor seating area to drink my coffee in the a.m. Short walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Luis was hugely helpful, and answered all of my questions quickly. I would definitely stay again if I’m visiting Galveston.

We will always stay here when we visit Galveston if it’s available! Very comfortable, clean, private. Check in was a breeze. Grounds were beautiful!

Luis's place was as neat and clean as can be. It is cozy for sure but everything you need is there, especially for a few days stay. The street surface is pretty bad and hopefully the city will finish improving it soon. But that's a small complaint. We loved how you can park safely off the alley about 20 feet from the front door. The keyless entry was super easy. It is probably my fault for thinking that the unit was inside the main house, which is a beautifully restored Victorian. It looked to be a converted garage and was very nice inside. The mattress is comfortable and while there is not a stove or hot plate, we preferred to eat out in this excellent and cheap food city.
