This house was a wonderful retreat. It was light, bright, and clean. I loved reading in the sunroom every day. The kitchen was well-equipped. The big surprise was that I didn’t realize when we booked how much we could do right out the door. We kayaked on the river and biked and ran on the paths around the gorgeous golf course. We also really enjoyed biking up to North Pier Brewing (went twice in one week!). We had an awesome week, and we would happily stay again!

This home is lovely! It was stocked with everything you could need including beach towels and toys, kayaks, plenty of bathroom towels, soaps, coffee makers, laundry room, a grill, firepit, games and puzzles and everything in between. We had two families with two kids each in total and it was the perfect size for us. The large kitchen table was great for dinners and games in the evening. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!! It's a quick ride to downtown and to multiple beaches. Fred, the property manager, was very communicative and such a pleasure to work with. Couple of notes for those traveling with kiddos... if you are traveling with small kiddos who are sensitive to early morning light in their room I would recommend bringing something to put over the windows as the rooms get a ton of early morning light. We didn't mind but mentioning just in case! You can hear the train in the evening as well but nothing a sound machine couldn't drown out! We highly recommend this home! We fell in love with the area and can see ourselves returning regularly! Enjoy :)

We had the best week in St Joes. Beautiful home in such a special city. So much to do and everything so close.
