What a wonderful home to stay in for a visit to Puget Sound and Whidby Island! If you're looking for peace, nature, and a home with amazing views, then pick this one. You are close enough to town that it's easy to make a run for coffee or groceries, but when you drive down that driveway it feels like you're a million miles away. Danielle's communication was excellent (we had a question about the grill and she responded right away), and the house had everything you could want. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, every kind of gadget, lots of pots and pans, and dishes. The beds were comfortable, and the linens high quality. But those views made the whole trip! Whether you're watching eagles from the living room, having a glass of wine on the deck, or enjoying sunrise from the primary bedroom, you are in for a treat! This is a contender for my favorite AirBnB ever, and we won't hesitate to return if our lives take us back to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful property!

A spectacularly beautiful setting, scenery and home! We gathered three adult couples for a delightful vacation of together time, exploring Whidbey’s many and varied pleasures, great hiking at nearby Deception Pass State Park, relaxing, and cooking for one another. The house is quiet and comfortable. The master suite is so great that the other couples were a step below. Good thing it was our grown-up kids. Will especially miss getting to watch the glorious sunrises from bed!

This house was really a gem. What a great location. Bald eagles perch in the tree right off the deck! Beautiful views. Very comfortable. And Danielle was very available and supportive. We had a great week. Thanks again.

Can’t say enough about this property, 10 days went by too quickly for our family! We enjoyed every minute in this dense forest retreat with coastal views. Our days were spent watching eagles in the treetops, spotting hummingbirds buzzing around the back deck, listening to the sound of the incoming tide and walking down to the private beach in hopes of seal sightings. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well. We really enjoyed hiking and kayaking at Deception Pass as well as checking out the nearby towns of Coupeville and Anacortes.
