Welcome to our two bedroom home in Canarsie, Brooklyn. This apartment is suitable for 1 - 4 families, Medial and working professionals, students or just to get away with friends and relax. We are 1 minute from the #82 & #6 bus and 7 min to L train. Also near to the B17, BM102, BM103 bus to Manhattan. We are seeking responsible and mature adults who will treat our home with the utmost respect and care. Our dining room seats 4 and our cozy living room seats 6 where our guests can relax, converse or watch the 65 inch Smart TV. We only ask that guest DO NOT eat nor dink in our living room as this is home when not renting out and the furniture are white in color Bedroom #1 has two twin beds that can convert to a king if needed. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with a small balcony and can also fit an extra folding twin bed upon request. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's, closets, AC's, Linens, hangers. There is a Welcome manual located in the living room with information about your stay including restaurants nearby grocery stores, laundry, shopping malls etc. This space is used by family members and only rented for the specified period of time when they are away. As such any damages that occur will be charged to the guest(s).

We were in town for a wedding, Cherry-Ann was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. She is very nice and easy to talk with, she was extremely helpful with the instructions. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for our visit.
Lovely home, host was very responsive and friendly and also accomodated a skin allergy in regards to soap. Nicely decorated, right next to a bus stop, within walking distance of stores, delis, laundromats and restaurants. I ended up not feeling well our second day and stayed inside for a while--I don't normally feel comfortable enough just chilling in AirBnBs instead of going out, but this one was very comfortable and relaxing. The only negative I have to say about the whole thing is that the stairs are squeaky and the doors are hard to open quietly which can be awkward if you are trying to be mindful of other guests sleeping, but overall, very positive experience. 👍👍
Cherry-Ann was really helpful. Beautiful home. Wasn’t there much because of plans with family but overall enjoyed the stay.

We are located on a tree lined street with friendly neighbors. There is a convenience store at the corner where you can find anything including breakfast/lunch. We are within walking distance and close to everything including laundrymats, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, salons, tatoo parlors etc.
We are close to everything and you can choose to walk or take the bus/train. 1 minute from the #82 & #6 bus and 7 minutes to L train. Airports: 20 min to JFK & 35 min to LGA
