Welcome to The Pina House. This wonderfully located home in Downtown Stuart is a short walk to Cedar Point Plaza with it’s lovely upscale shoppes & restaurants, only 1.5 miles to Stuart’s charming high street with a multitude of shoppes & restaurants along the water, an amphitheater, public walking trails & dock, public park, museum & concert hall. The home is also close proximity to many medical centers including only 5 minute drive to Martin North Hospital & The Cleveland Clinic. We are also just a 7 minute drive to the beautiful Hutchinson island beaches, marine center, house of refuge museum and many other wonderful locations to visit. Our home “The Pina House” is named after the historical significance of the area, Stuart and Jensen Beach were founded by pineapple farmers and the area is rich in culture and history, and also inspired by the song “Escape, the Pina Colada Song” by Rupert Holmes (a favorite song of our family’s) Our lovely 4 Bedroom and 3 Bath Home is colorful and comfortable with a Key West/West Indies vibe. We have plenty of outdoor areas to relax and watch the beautiful flora and fauna in this maturely landscaped neighborhood with a multitude of fruit plants and birds for the nature lover. We have a wrap around porch featuring travertine pavers and a tin ceiling with a hammock and rocker set. Our large oak tree has a saucer swing and infant swing for the little ones. We have a smart home accessible through the Alexa echo stationed in the kitchen which features WiFi switches and outlets with outdoor mood lighting set to illuminate around the front and back yard at intervals throughout the evening. Our back and side yard are fully fenced and private with child safety lock on gate and self closing hinges. Our backyard is complete with aggregate fire pit area featuring a smokeless fire pit and 5 poly wood Adirondack chairs, travertine pavers on patios and pool surround, a large custom wood dining table that seats 8, a propane grill, two sunning chaises, a child’s double sun chaise, a large outdoor sectional (great for naps!), an arbor with outdoor ping pong table and a life size connect four game! We provide beach and pool towels, floats, umbrellas, a beach cart and 4 adult retro beach cruiser bikes. Our home has two double driveways…room for your boat or rv, golf cart or jet skis! Once inside you’ll be greeted with a Bright, Airy open floor plan with Chef’s Kitchen, wood burning stone fireplace, vaulted two story ceilings, colorful artwork and custom finishes. The home is an open floor plan with two bedrooms and full bathrooms on the first floor and 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances with water filtration in the refrigerator and a multitude of cooking and baking items. Instant Pot, Mixer, Blender, Food Processor, Toaster, Keurig, French press, kettle and traditional coffee maker set up in their own “coffee bar”. We provide a starter collection of coffee and tea pods, spices and cooking/baking condiments and oils. Living Space: has comfy sectional sofa and chair, ottomans and wood side tables, a large open glass view of the pool and backyard landscaping, a 65” roku tv with Sling (Blue + Gold Package), Netflix, Apple TV, Happy Kids, Amazon Video and Amazon Music, Sirius XM, Disney Plus, Gentle Sounds Channel and Plex Media Server with 1000’s of movies and tv shows, a large double paddle palm fan, two story stone fireplace, a game “nook” with checkers, chess and backgammon and a bookcase filled with novels and games, puzzles and kid friendly items. Dining: Large Table is extended to seat 10! We also have a high chair and a toddler seat that affixes to the table. The decor is a soft aqua grass cloth wallpaper with colorful artwork and a double French door that leads to our back travertine patio with outdoor dining. Little features: We have a large foyer and entry hall that has a hideaway spot under the stairs for the kids. A small upholstered yellow chair is ideal for reading, a pottery barn play kitchen with food and shopping basket and a small wood tool bench is a nice spot to entertain the little ones. We also have a mural of the st Lucie river along the staircase and have WiFi switches throughout the first floor living space that connect the exterior porch lights and accent lights in the living room, a smart Nest thermostat and a Amazon echo that is set to give you news, weather, area info, play music and podcasts and control the smart switches throughout the home. Master Bedroom: Our Master Bedroom is spacious and soothing, set to invoke the feeling of “captains quarters” on an old sailing vessel. The bed is a large woven rattan with King Medium Firm mattress with Pillowtop pad. Inlaid Bone Side tables and zebra style blackout blinds cover the windows. A 55” Roku Tv with all the apps featured on the living room tv are also featured here. We have a full size desk, plenty of closet storage, a double seating area great for reading and morning coffee, two glass doors with retractable screens leading out to the side yard and arbor and an en suite bath with double sinks, cedar plank ceiling and accent wall, an electric bidet with heated seat, walk in closet and a double head shower with jets. Guest Bedroom: our first floor guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the home from the master. It has a queen medium mattress, two side tables, blackout blinds, a ceiling fan with light, a full size desk with chair and two small cabinets for clothes storage. Accent lighting above the desk makes a great nightlight and the desk also has a 40” roku TV set up with all the apps our living room tv features. Guest Bath: Just outside the door from our guest bedroom is the first floor bath. The bath has recently been renovated to be a step in shower with rain head shower head and detachable hose, safety pull bars are placed in the shower and in front of the toilet for our guests that need extra assistance. We have a 17” raised height toilet, single sink and lots of room to maneuver. We also have a bath seat with arms and adjustable height for guests who would like the extra benefit of showering whilst sitting. Upstairs Loft/Landing: once upstairs you’re transported to our homage to all things tiki and Disney’s Original Enchanted Tiki Room. We have a vintage bar, thatch walls, tiki and bird inspired art, a game table, upholstered circle lounger for curling up and reading a good book or relaxing with a drink, light show for the kids or kids at heart, neon sign, tiki lights, a tiki toss ring game and mood lighting. This is our quirky little hang out spot ideal for puzzle doing, game playing, drink partaking. Guest Bedroom 3: Our Third Guest Bedroom is set up to easily accommodate a young family. Queen mattress with medium firm support, a twin bed designed to look like a play cottage with curtains able to be drawn to tuck away the guest, a walk in closet complete with rocking chair, full size crib, changing pad, monitor and kid essentials. A 40” roku tv is central to the queen bed and has all the apps features in the living room. The room is a blush pink with wallpaper of retro diving bathing beauties and cabana stripe yellow and white accents. Guest Bedroom 4: Our Final Guest Bedroom features two twin canopy beds with medium density mattresses, blackout zebra blinds, a desk with chair and dresser with 40” roku tv featuring all the apps our living room tv has. The room is colorful and fun with jellyfish wallpaper, colorful art, a green floor, aqua walls and a rattan ceiling. Upstairs Guest Bath: our upstairs guest bath is eclectic and fun with lounging bathing beauties for wallpaper, Moroccan print floor tile, gold accents and a vintage vibe. The tub/shower combo has a detachable hose for easy bathing. * All of our bedrooms feature various types of pillows so our guests can choose their preference. We also have additional soft blankets for each bed and each bedroom does have a ceiling fan to produce white noise as well as air. Our Kid Essentials Package features a Portable Infant Bassinet, Pack'n'Play, Full size Crib, Changing Pad, Crib Monitor, Rocking Chair, Umbrella Stroller, Beach Cart, Kids Beach Toys + Floats, High Chair, Infant/Toddler Bath Seat, Toys + Games + Kid Stool for brushing teeth + washing hands (can you tell we have kids?) and all of our televisions have an app featuring a black screen and white noise. Pool Heat is available at an additional fee. Daily for $40/day. Please give us one days notice so pool can be to temp. We set the heater to 89 degrees.
