We stayed at the Villa São João for 11 nights for a family celebration. Like most trips you are always apprehensive before arriving but there was no need to be with this villa. Quite simply it was stunning! Bigger than I thought, spotlessly clean and well equipped throughout. It was perfect. The villa is also only 10-15 minutes walk to both the Old Town and The Strip meaning it was the ideal location. The staff a Popular were amazing answering any messages immediately and bending over backwards to make or stay memorable. I cannot recommend this villa or Popular highly enough. We will certainly be back. Thank you for an allowing us to have an amazing holiday. ☺️

The location of the place is perfect. Can relax in the villa or go down the bottom for beach relaxation. Very modern, beautifully decorated. During our stay, few things did go wrong, they did fix it, but it was just inconvenience especially you are there for short period. Please make note of damanges you find, we are currently in dispute with thr host, and airbnb are the mediator.

What a fantastic place to stay! We were extremely pleased with the service provided and the overall value. The facilities and amenities available were fantastic and we would definitely recommend this villa to anyone!

All we can say is wow! We had the best holiday in this beautiful villa. So spacious, clean, modern and so well equipped! Pool was lovely. The location was perfect for both the strip and the old town (approximately a 10 or so minute walk to both) The beach was located at the bottom of the road, just a few minutes walk. Lovely beach club there for food and drinks. The only bad part was leaving it to come home :( Will definitely return
