Peppi Creek Cottage is an ideal location for a family getaway. Our place is set up to accommodate a maximum of 6 persons . It is located 6 kilometres from Margaret River town centre and is close to many popular beaches, wineries and family-friendly activities. Our home is located on a beautiful and private acreage (6 acres) and has a homely cottage feel. It is suitable for couples, solo-travellers and families. Upon arrival, you will instantly unwind driving down our tree-lined driveway and across the Winter creek. Our cosy cottage home has 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 room in a seperate glasshouse like dwelling, set up with its own lounging space. Our spacious galley-style kitchen is the perfect place to cook and prepare food for larger groups and families. There is also a coffee machine available to make your morning coffee. The master bedroom has a gorgeous outlook onto the verandah and front gardens with its own bath, shower and WC. It features a comfortable king bed where you can wake up with a coffee in hand and listen to the native birds singing. The glasshouse (bedroom 2)is separated from the main house and has a queen sized bed with air conditioning and wardrobe space, TV and beautiful views if you open up the curtains. second bedroom both have queen beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. Additionally, the queen and king beds All beds have electric blankets for the cooler months and all the rooms have fans and doors that can be opened to keep cool in the Summer months. The front of the house is surrounded by a verandah overlooking our glorious gardens and lawn area; perfect for a cheese platter and wine in the late afternoon watching the sun go down over the Leeuwin Ridge in the distance. Additionally, there is a BBQ and pizza oven on the verandah, ideal for family entertaining. There is also a cubby house and mud kitchen for children to play in and the lawned area provides the perfect space for them to run around or kick a football. For the colder months you can fully enclose the verandah by dropping the clear blinds allowing you to enjoy the winter weather without exposure to the wind and rain, sit by the indoor fireplace or embrace the ambience of the outdoor fire pit.
