The carefully selected “lakehouse chic" design of bright whites and soothing pastels make for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. BIG water views and a large patio with daybed, tall adirondacks and a hand-built bar will be your favorite spot for morning coffee and for relaxing and watching the gorgeous sunsets! This 4 bedroom/3 bath unit will sleep 12 comfortably in beds. All new gel foam mattresses. With 2 master suites downstairs and a large loft bedroom and separate 4th sleeping room upstairs, this unit is ideal for a large family, multiple couples, or for 2 families to share. The upstairs loft has its own coffee/wine bar with mini fridge. Children are welcome but please note that the house is not designed and decorated for young children. Please take all necessary precautions. ***We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs. Limit of 2 under 50 lbs each. **VERY IMPORTANT** Pet fee is $100 per stay for extra cleaning. INDICATE IN YOUR GUEST COUNT THAT YOU ARE BRINGING PETS SO THE APPROPRIATE FEE IS APPLIED TO THE COST OF RENTAL. Please keep dogs off furniture and adhere to the strict Crowne Pointe rules for keeping DOGS ON LEASH at all times and cleaning up after them. Multiple green spaces with doggy clean up bags are all around the complex. Failure to indicate you are bringing pets and paying the $100 pet fee with rental will result in $200 fine for us having to order an additional cleaning visit. Crowne Pointe is a beautifully maintained condo complex at the center of Lake Martin. 2 large pools at the water's edge are a great place to gather the family. A specific boat slip is not provided; however visitor tie-offs with deep water are available for your boat or watercraft at the end of each pier. Please note that owners’ boat slips cannot be used (all are numbered) or a $100 fine will be imposed. Crowne Pointe is family-friendly and when you stay, we ask you to respect the many owners and our neighbors below and beside our unit who call this their home. The policies we all follow that allow for everyone's enjoyment will be provided at booking. We are a local family and are available to answer any questions and respond to any needs you may have during your stay.
