The only negative things about our stay was no recliner & the mattress's need updating & the TV’s need updating the one in the living room kept going to the channel guide while you are watching tv other than that was a great place to stay thanks so much 😎

I felt like everything in the resort was either broken worn out or outdated. Hair on all of the towels and the balconies was filthy. Dust build up was pretty bad. The pool was okay but rust all over the handles metal areas and the pool and kid area was gross.

I’ll start off with the resort. It was amazing and we all had a blast. The pools and all the amenities were awesome! Everything was clean and the staff was great. Heather was completely MIA. Never responded to any of my messages. Once we paid her, she disappeared. I was nervous before checking in because she had not told me that the resort itself would be the ones giving me keys and whatnot. I’ve never had a privately owned condo be handled by the resort front desk (as for keys and towels/trash). I messaged her 3 times and got nothing in return. As much as we paid her for our stay, a courtesy response would have been appreciated. In the future we will absolutely stay at the Resort again, but we will book directly with them.

Great clean place, convenient location and plenty to do at resort for kids. We had an awesome time!
