The loft apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the main building which is within the village of Mitika, with unobstructed views to the Ionian blue as far as the island of Lefkas and even the coast of Italy when the atmosphere is clear. A small, semi-private beach is just outside the garden door and some of Greece's most beautiful beaches, including Monolithi which is a couple of kilometres away. Apart from the loft and its outdoor areas, one can freely use the ground floor sitting area, the garden and the semi-outdoor barbecue area for cooking, dining and entertainment. A canoe and some fishing equipment are also available on-site.

We spent amazing days in Katerinas apartment. We were welcomed very warmly by the family. They were always available when we had questions or needed something and were also proactively asking if we needed anything. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, by day and by night. The place is very quiet and the apartment is decorated in a nautical style which we really loved. The beach is right behind the house and other beaches as well as interesting sights, beautiful landscapes, the island of Lefkada and the city of Preveza are easily reachable by car. The village offers everything you need - restaurants, supermarkets, cafes. We really appreciate the time we could spend in this beautiful home.

We enjoyed the village setting away from the city. Great sunsets and daily swims. Host was very helpful with activities and question about the area.

The village itself offers most amenities like supermarkets, bakeries, taverns, coffee shops and bars and a pharmacy. The wider area is full of landmarks and must-see places. At the borders of the village there is a beautiful small forest, ideal for walking or cycling. The forest runs alongside Monolithi beach where one can stop for a dive or a refreshment in one of its several beach bars. The city of Preveza is 5 km from the village and the ancient Roman city of Nicopolis is about 3 km away.
