This place was beautiful,clean and nothing but amazing my only complaint would be that this place is near a railroad track and the train came through between 1-4 every morning. This was not a huge issue and the hosts definitely had nothing to do with this but communication was nothing but amazing and we received clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The home was cozy and great for a work trip. Close to Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and local walkable restaurants to watch the championship game. Excellent easy-to-follow instructions and great welcome book with recommendations. I loved it.

We travelled down to Columbia for a visit to University of South Carolina. We had a great stay at Kourtney and Brandon’s place, incredibly close and convenient to USC, restaurants and shopping. Their place was incredibly clean, well furnished and had all the necessities for our stay, well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Spent a couple of days in Columbia with a friend and our 1 daughters for a college visit to University of South Carolina. The apartment was perfect for our visit. Located right in 5pnts and a walkable mile to campus. The apartment was super clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Kourtney and Brandon provided detailed instructions on how to access the apartment and were very responsive during our stay. I would definitely rent again if we have the opportunity!

As described the building is a bit old - but it provides nostalgia and fits perfectly in the neighbourhood. As for Kourtney and Brandon”s place it’s totally remodelled and provides a comfortable contemporary feel. It’s perfectly designed and comfortable. The neighbourhood is artsy and fun to explore the nearby shops. Give it a stay - you won’t be disappointed.
