Absolutely stunning location & beautiful views. Apartment had everything to make our stay enjoyable and homely. Kitchen has everything you need and immaculately clean. Annabel was an amazing host and extremely helpful. Flexible with check in and check out times. Very much appreciated. Thank you for the recommendations of things to do over the Christmas period. Hope to come back again in the summer and make use of the Spa facilities. Thank you for a memorable break and highly recommend Crow’s Nest.

Crow’s Nest is a stunning apartment, with great views and a really spacious yet homely feel - even better than it looks in the photos! Check in was super easy, everything was spotless when we arrived, and the place was stocked with everything you could need and more. Annabel is a lovely host who proactively gave us all the info we needed and even some recommendations for the area. Haven’t got a single negative thing to say - we would gladly stay here again :)

We’ve stayed at Lower Mill before and this was by far the nicest property we’ve stayed in, including larger houses on the lake. The apartment was so clean and pristine, plus lovely and cosy in the cold weather and the terrace is amazing. The bedrooms are really spacious. The views of the mere were beautiful and you get a lovely view from the living room/ dining area which you can’t see from the photos. Check-in was a breeze and communication great. Really appreciated the extended check out. Everything we needed and more. A very comfortable stay. Highly suitable for us with our 3 year old. My only negative comment (and it’s a niggle) was that the pillows were hard uncomfortable memory foam type ones so next time I’ll bring my own. Aside from that it was a 5* stay and we would love to return.
