We thought the flat was comfortable, spacious, and close to many cafes and restaurants. It looked exactly as represented by the pictures. The heating system worked quite well. And so did the washer and the hair dryer. You will have to air dry your clothes. If the washer has a dryer I didn’t know how to use it. So we hung our clothes on a rack which is located under the steps. Antonio provided a very helpful guide with many suggestions and recommendations. We had tours organized for every day. Some tours were guided and all were within walking distance. The Piazzale Montelungo was a 35 minute walk from the flat and that was the farthest we had to walk. We did that three times in six days. The flat has one and a half baths, which was convenient when we wanted to freshen up after a long day of touring. I could shave downstairs while my spouse showered upstairs. We had a great time. This was our first time in Italy and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Antonio was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We felt right at home in this beautiful apartment. Thank you so much Antonio, you have made our stay one to remember.

It was so amazing! The decoration of the room is pretty good and clean. Good view at balcony as sun comes in. And audio speakers add more spice to the leisure vibe. It’s all clean, comfortable and worthwhile. What’s more, Host was so nice and left good impression with cares and his own guidebook. Hope everyone could have a nice time in Florence.

This was the best Airbnb experience I've had to date! The apartment was incredible, especially the balcony with views of the Duomo. We spent our last night having dinner and wine on the balcony, and it was the perfect, laid back way to end our trip. Antonio was incredibly helpful before and during our trip, and an overall fantastic host. Our trip was made so much easier with his house manual that had many restaurant, bar, and even gelato recommendations! Very walkable to key attractions like the Duomo and many piazzas. I HIGHLY recommend the apartment and Antonio as a host!

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay here during the Easter week. The apartment is beautiful and in an amazing location. The host was super helpful with everything including many amazing recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Would recommend to anyone !
