The apartment was clean and centrally located. Parking was easy to find. Very comfortable. It is small but had a nice patio area.

We had a great stay at Maria’s place! The location can’t be beat and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Her son-in-law reached out to us the day before we arrived to make sure we had all of the information we needed for a smooth check-in and sent us tons of great recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby. Overall a great experience - definitely recommend!

Maria's place in Pinhao was great for us. It's located about 5 minute walking from the train station. It was extremely hot in Pinhao when we were there and you do need to take your bags up about 2 flights of stairs so I suggest packing less than we did. Maria's son in law was our point of contact and very helpful. Previous guests had taken the corkscrew but he brought one over promptly to help us out. There was also meat cheese butter jam and bread which was lovely. They dropped off fresh buns every morning and were happy to top up other supplies:) lovely back patio fully in the shade was amazing and cool for us. Place had responsive air conditioning which was also very welcome. Pinhao is a small town but this Airbnb was walking distance to several wine estates, restaurants, follows the smaller river. Lovely relaxing place and hosts :)

We had an enjoyable stay in the house. A really nice touch was that we were left ham, cheeses, bread, milk and orange juice as a welcome package. Check in was easy and communication was excellent.
