Beautiful, quiet place. Close to all shops and hospital. Tim was very empathetic and accommodating of our needs to suit our situation for being there. (Hubby had surgery). Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay while during placement at the hospital. Cottage had everything I needed and felt very home-like and was in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Tim was a great host, easy to communicate with and made sure everything was okay throughout the duration of my stay. Overall, perfect place in a perfect location.

Really liked Tim's place. It was finished inside with VJs, and vintage light switches. Private entrance onto the road. Good airflow and on the cooler eastern side of a hill - we were there in October and didn't need to use the airconditioning. The layout is good - loungeroom first, with bathroom and galley kitchen back to back then the large bedroom. Windows let in lots of light, although they looked onto the back of the house so not totally private but good window blinds so no real probs there. Front doors stuck a bit, probably because they get the morning sun. Lots of extra inclusions like sweet and savoury biscuits and coffee pods (Nespresso). Fridge had almost a full shelf of bottled water and lots of milk. Lots of space for bags and shelving in the bathroom. Big shower, and three towels for two people (love a hair towel!). Full sized fridge, oven and microwave. Clothes airer was really handy too. Toasty the dog is friendly and well behaved, a lovely extra. Highly recommended.
