This was a perfect location for our Texas tech game we attended. Everything is within walking distance, about five or six blocks. There was a taco place at the next block which was a great place to visit on our first day here. I loved having my own bathroom attached to my bedroom and so did our friends who were with us. If my son and daughter wanted to spend the night they could have slept on the pullout bed in the living room on the second level. It was nice having a parking spot for two cars, plus visitors parking spaces. There were flatscreen TVs with cable in the two bedrooms in the living room to watch college football games! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would come back to stay here again.

Great location if your in Lubbock for Tech. Tara was great to work with communication was smooth and quick.
