Check in was easy. Location isn’t the best. This is not a good place for light sleepers. The noise machine didn’t help much so I had to use an app on my phone to drown out the cars passing by all night. The bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned well- there was a water stain and dried urine in the toilet. The shower would go from hot to cold randomly while using. I don’t feel like the pictures look like how the room currently does. I would personally not stay here again due to the noise. I notified the host we would be not staying the second night we paid for to which they asked about our stay. I told them about the bathroom cleanliness and shower issue with no reply and that was my only interaction with them.

Was told via email I would get code to get in at 10:00 AM on day of arrival. I said I would be traveling and not have access to email. Asked for a text. Was told that would be possible. I didn't get it. I didn't realize the black box on the door with the keyhole was a keypad. Wife figured that out. We tried verification numbers (not passcode) that we were sent. Got locked out. Had to have Alex open it remotely. Couldn't figure out how get in with the passcode. Called again and Alex came out and opened it for us, showing us that we had to key in the first number as the first thing we touched even though the screen was black. Then screen would light up to see the other numbers. Stupid system. Especially bad with the sun shining on it. We went out and returned and had to have wife hold her purse up to block out light and tried the code 4 times to get in. Meanwhile, our dog was inside. Very noisy location. Keurig instructions poor. Nothing says to press the big button. Hosts were nice.
