Tolle Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Nicole, hat uns darüber hinaus mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Stay was OK, contact with host was horrible and lot of amenities missing. Like teapot, ovendish, no bathmats. The communication with the manager/host is a big hassle. You can't do it via Airbnb as that just reaches a central Belvilla desk. Communication with host is via a different app, which was not clear, we only found out AFTER we called her again. She did not keep appointments, she was supposed to be there on arrival but then told us she would be there the next day. She did not show up. Halfway during our stay we contact her and she told us she would be by the next day, again she did not show up. In the end she never showed up and she told us to leave the cleaning fee in cash on the kitchen table. Also there is quite the hassle of filling in a quite elaborate form for guest registration.

Wir hatten tolle und angenehme Tage in diesem schönen Häuschen. Sehr passend, um anzuschalten und zu entspannen. Vor allem die Kombination aus saunieren und abends am Kamin entspannen, hat uns besonders gut gefallen!

We spent 5 wonderful days as a family. The house is just as you can see in the pictures, very modern and cozy. Just the week before it snowed and the environment was beautiful. Nicole helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend it.
