Healthcare Professional Owner of a 4/2 house in South Lakeland looking to rent out rooms. Lease terms available for shortterm stay, 3, 6, or 12 month lease. Works great with travel contracts for healthcare workers or professionals who relocate for short assignments. All rooms are furnished. Shared kitchen, laundry, dining, porch, and common areas. Minimum of one month request, preference for 3 months or longer. Preference for background info through a check, credit history, as well as proof of employment or schooling also requested. Happy to rent out and share this space with responsible, respectful, and tidy individuals. There is one cat, who can stay separate from any private rooms. Other pets are possible on a case by case basis and if other tenants also agree.
